The Apartments @ 249 Main Street
The apartments at 249 Main feature a brand-new apartment building with 19 one-bedroom and 26 two-bedroom units in downtown Nashua. The six-story building will be serviced by an elevator and will also have a community room with Wi-Fi, mail room, courtyard with bike rack, and laundry facilities on-site. There are 34 apartments that are income restricted and 11 unrestricted apartments at market rate rents. Each apartment will have one parking space provided in a nearby garage which is included in the rent. Rental rates range from $1150 to $1600 for 1-bedroom apartments and $1400 to $1850 for 2-bedroom apartments. Heat, Hot Water, and Air Conditioning are included in the rent.
All applications will be processed strictly first come, first served. Below are income limits* for the income restricted apartments.
