RE-OPENING IN THE WAKE OF COVID-19

As our states phase into a full re-opening, Stewart Property Management would like update you on our policies and procedures in accordance with current state and CDC guidance.

Performance of routine maintenance requests and annual inspections have resumed.

You are encouraged to call in all maintenance requests timely. Please don’t wait to report small items; like a dripping faucet or light bulb replacement; any longer.  

  •     Please continue to let us know if you are experiencing any symptoms and whether we can enter if you are not home.
  •     Maintenance will wear masks when in your home to protect you.
  •     We ask that you social distance from staff and not be in the same room with them while they are doing their jobs.

We are scheduling annual inspections. You will receive notification of the dates of any upcoming inspections, as applicable.

  •     Inspectors will wear masks while in your apartment.
  •     We ask that you social distance while your home is being inspected.

Playgrounds will re-open. We will not be sanitizing any playground equipment and use of the equipment is at an individual’s discretion.

Staff will wear masks in common indoor areas when within 20 feet of a resident. *Staff at properties in Massachusetts and Nashua, New Hampshire will wear masks when in common indoor areas.

Site offices will remain closed until further notice.

  •     Please continue to communicate with property staff via telephone and email.

Community spaces will remain closed until further notice.

Welcoming guests back into your home.

  •     Visitors are not limited to only those who are considered essential for your well-being; however, we encourage you to only have guests who you are reasonably sure do not pose a risk to your health and safety or the health and safety of other residents, and limit your guests to 2 per day. Please make sure that your guests wear proper face coverings when entering the building and traveling through common space going to and from your apartment.

We ask that you practice current CDC re-opening guidance:

  •     Wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose while in public spaces.
  •     Maintain Social Distancing and stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other people.
  •     Cough and sneeze into tissues, throw the tissues in the trash and wash your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds.
  •     Wash your hands often.
  •     If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
  •     Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  •     Monitor your health and be alert for symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, new loss of taste or smell, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and/or diarrhea.
