The Apartments at 249 Main is a new apartment building that offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in downtown Nashua. The six- story building has an elevator, mail room, courtyard and on-site laundry facilities. Heat, hot water, central air conditioning are included in the rent. This building offers both affordable fixed rents and market rate rents.
There is no on-site parking, but parking opportunities are available through the City of Nashua at the nearby Maple St. Lot and Elm St. Garage.
We are currently accepting applications to the waiting lists for both market and affordable programs. Income limits apply for the affordable housing program.
