Conway Pines Senior Living is a 30 unit, 3 story property built with seniors in mind. There are sitting areas in each elevator lobby, a large gathering room boasting cable television, comfortable sofas, beautiful tables and chairs and a kitchenette area.
Each apartment includes it’s own private balcony, fully applianced kitchen with generous cabinet space, LED lighting and generous amounts of closet space! All bathrooms include a walk in shower, a large vanity and mirrored medicine cabinet. Each unit comes equipped with air conditioning.
A resident services coordinator from Visiting Nurses Home Care is on site 8 hours a week to assist residents with a variety of needs and services.
Pet Policy – 1 indoor cat OR 1 dog allowed with monthly fee.
A select number of units have New Hampshire Housing Project Based Rental Subsidy Vouchers, where your rent is approximmately 30% of your income. Call office for more details and qualification information. Income limits do apply – please call rental office for limits.
