West River Assisted Housing is a tax credit and market property with affordable rents. This section of the property offers one and two-bedroom units. An applicant must apply to and meet the medical criteria as determined by Valley Village first. Once approved by Valley Village you then be directed to apply to SPM for further qualification regarding income and other criteria.
