About the Site:
The Salisbury Square site has deep roots in Randolph’s history. Originally home to the Randolph Furniture Company—founded in the 1800s by E.T. Salisbury—and later Ethan Allen Furniture’s Plant #1, the site had been dormant since 1991. Phase 1 of the redevelopment brought 14 affordable apartments to life across three buildings. Phase 2 will add 12 more affordable homes to this revitalized community.
A Growing Village:
Salisbury Square Phase 2 is part of a thoughtfully planned village that includes the original Salisbury Square apartments, these new rental units and affordable single-family homes for purchase that are designed to remain affordable for future generations
